On Cloud Nine Sam and Reader meet Queen Cumulus and learn that someone is dumping rain gear on Cloud Nine and it is falling into Wordville. Kids must explore Cloud Nine and the island below to solve the mystery. There are fun game to play on Cloud Nine and kids earn singing marbles and things they need by completing learning activities. At the sandwich shop players make sandwiches but first they must buy the ingredients. Kids use the correct coins to pay for tomatoes, eggs, fried worms, ants, cupcakes and more. This activity uses coins that look like real pennies, nickels, dimes and quarters. Kids practice money skills and have fun building wacky sandwiches. In another activities kids spell words first filling in the missing letters or blends and then spelling whole words from scratch. The sound are pronounced as kids choose them and then the words is read aloud. Kids also complete sentences with correct words, add and subtract to make equal equations, and change words by manipulating the beginning, middles or ending sounds. As children complete activities they earn singing marbles or items they need to solve the problem. Singing marbles are used in a unique pattern activity. Players complete patterns by placing marbles in a grid. Kids can see and hear the pattern when it is complete. At the art gallery on Cloud Nine kids can make moving pictures. Young artists make frames and then watch their creation come to life. This is a very distinctive activity that kids will love to experiment with. Each activity has three levels that automatically adjust as kids learn. Kids or parents can also change the levels to focus on a particular skill or increase difficulty.
