He has opened the magic book and all the sorcerer's things have flown away. Mickey needs help to retrieve the items before the sorcerer returns. Kids explore the forest, town and mountains, where they meet Goofy, Minnie, Donald Duck and other fun Disney characters. Each place has two activities kids play to earn an item. In town children can identify shields with the correct words in Goofy's blacksmith shop or help Donald with his reading lesson. In the mountains the mother dragons need help sorting their babies. In this activity letter sounds are pronounced, helping kids with basic phonics. Kids also learn about rhyming with Minnie the Mouse, build words in the quarry with Pete and sharpen reading comprehension with the genie. As kids play they work on letter sounds & recognition, vowel sounds, consonant blends, volwel digraphs, syllable recognition, word building, spelling, reading comprehension, rhymes and more.
