C. J. Frog and Edison the Firefly are the hosts, on this adventure across time. The tadpoles want to play hide-and-seek. They get the bright idea to hide in the time machine. You can only guess what happens next. C. J. and Edison are off to find all the tadpoles. 

Kids choose from Egypt in 1359, China in 1280, South America in 1532, America in 1621 or Antarctica in 1911. Each destination has games to play while kids learn about ancient world history and cultures, geography and meet famous world explorers.

Children choose a destination and start with a map. Using navigational skills they must voyage down the Nile or along an ancient Incan road. When students arrive they find characters to talk to and lots of things to do.

In Egypt kids can groom the royal cat, ride King Tut's chariot through a maze, design a pyramid, learn about hieroglyphics while spelling words and print a secret message to their friends.

Antarctica has a fun game where kids layer clothing on C. J. and Edison, ride a dogsled through a maze and learn about the first steps to the South Pole.

Kids can also sail the Mayflower across the ocean to Plymouth Rock, celebrate Chinese New Year in ancient China and uncover the lost civilization of the Inca Indians in Peru.

At the beginning of the game children are invited to print a world map to hang on their wall. As they complete tasks they are awarded points. For every 100 points they earn a sticker to print and put on their map. Each time they find a tadpole they receive a fun craft to print and do away from the computer.

This CD is the perfect way to ignite your child's interest in history when they are young and learning is exciting.
