$14.95 Clifford (The Big Red Dog) Learning Activities Kids 4-6 learn early math, early reading and enhance creativity while they play with Clifford, the big red dog and his pals. Kids travel around Birdwell Island exploring and playing fun learning games with Cliffore, T-Bone and Cleo. Children or parents can choose from 3 levels of game play. Kids help Clifford clean up dumpster alley by sorting trash. The trash can be grouped by shape, number or color. On level three players must separate objects based on a combination of shape, number and color. At the schoolyard the dogs need help catching fruit for pies. Players are given a recipe card that tells what type and number of fruit to catch. Once the fruit is in the basket, kids complete simple addition and subtraction problems. Children learn all about rhyming words when they search the clouds for objects that rhyme. Kids click twice on an object to choose it and then find another picture that rhymes. Kids can not click randomly until they find a match. In Cleo's backyard there are three thinking games that help kids learn counting, pattern recognition, colors and shapes, critical thinking and spatial reasoning. Players complete patterns to build a slide, use blocks to build a sail for Cleo's boat or put together a jungle gym by matching colors or letters or following a diagram. Kids love creating and Emily Elizabeth is ready to make some posters in Clifford's doghouse. Kids form sentences using word groups and then use paint and stickers to create their very own posters. At the pier children make music with everyday objects and then watch Clifford dance. Kids can also play dog volleyball and guide T-Bone through a maze to find the sheriff's keys. There are so many things to do on Birdwell Island and Clifford and pals make learning BIG fun. This CD is based on the hit PBS kids TV show.
