Chutes and Ladders Chutes and Ladders has been a favorite among kids for generations. This CD-ROM has the classic board game and much more. Kids 4-7 can play against the computer or with up to 3 other friends. Kids choose the classic game, the circus or the zoo. At the zoo there is a new Chutes and Ladders board filled with zoo animals. In addition to the main game there are fun activities when kids click on the zoo animals. Players will toss a ball with an elephant, feed berries to a bird, find a baby monkey in a maze and look for hidden treasure in the tide pool, or find the penguins doing the same thing. Kids can also find the magicians rabbit and toss the ball with the seal. There is also a fun game with the trained poodles. Kids must match poodles that are doing the same thing. This is a great memory game. The classic game is just like the board game that kids have loved for generations. As kids spin they must move to the right space. Each space is counted out loud when they move. Each time a player lands on a special square they are rewarded with a video about one of the golden rules. "Return other peoples lost things" and you move up the ladder. "Run with your shoes on" and you slide down a chute. There are 54 mini movies overall to teach life's Do's and Dont's. Kids love Chutes and Ladders and this adventure is tons of fun. Activities enhance critical thinking skills and memory. Players learn colors and counting. Multi-player game strengthens cooperation, sharing and social skills. Kids enjoy playing this alone and with their friends for hours of fun.
