Kids help Reader Rabbit collect supplies for the big campfire party at Camp Happy Tales. There are fun activities, stories and songs to help kids learn. While kids are playing on this fun filled journey they learn essential Kindergarten skills like early reading, noticing differences, simple arithmetic, ordering and sequencing, problem solving, measurement, critical thinking, memory, directional words, time concepts, seasons, months and social skills. In Count and Clean Up kids learn simple math by helping Reader Rabbit clean up the lake. This is an arcade style game. Kids pick the right combination of numbers to help Babs the Beaver cross the stream in Add It Up. Children help Pierre organize his pantry by sorting items according to size, length, height, quantity and volume. Papa Bear also need help searching for his alarm clock by listening to directional clues. Additional activities teach the skills children need to be successful in Kindergarten. Mat the Mouse gives hints when children need them. Personalized creations can be printed in several activities and parents can review and print progress reports. This is a wonderful program with beautiful graphics, an exciting story line, engaging activities and solid educational content. Best of all kids love to play it. Windows 95/98/ME/XP/7*, Pentium+, 16 MB RAM, 15 MB hard drive space, 2X CD-ROM, 256 color SVGA, sound card. We tested this program on Windows 7 Home 32-bit and were able to run successfully, however we were not able to run the 2nd CD, Personalized Learning Center.
