Reader Rabbit Kindergarten

Reader Rabbit has been educating kids since 1986 and now kids can play and learn with all their familiar friends on Nintendo Wii. The motion controls and pointing capability of the Wii remote make exploring with Reader Rabbit even more interactive. Players use the remote to move around colorful worlds, interact with characters and drag and drop items. Players can also shake and twist the remote for a more engaging experience in the learning games. Reader Rabbit and Sam the Lion from a bouncy world of bubble trouble.

Sam and Reader Rabbit are trapped in the enchanting world of Balloon Town, where everything is soft and bouncy and made of balloons. Kids must use special skills in phonics, matching, rhyming and math to save the day. 

Children will play Piggy Plane Math where they must make sure both sides of the plane have an equal number of balloons. Sam the Lion will be making slam dunks when players find the right rhyming words in Bounceketball.

The Silly Phonics Slide is an excellent phonics activity where kids must find missing letters to words. When players move the pointer over a letter they hear the letter sound.

Children will also match oysters on the beach. The oyster contain numbers, letters, letters sounds, shapes and colors to match.

There are other games to play including Cocoon Balloon where kids complete patterns, Snail Mail and more.

While they play kids learn about numbers and counting, adding and equivalency, letters, phonics, sequencing and sorting, shapes and color, matching, vocabulary, rhyming, reading and listening.

Can you help Reader Rabbit find a way past the sleeping bulldozer (bull that is sleeping) and into the Pointy Palace to recover their Dreamship?

This game is similar to the PC game, Reader Rabbit Kindergarten Bounce Down to Balloon Town. This game is rated E for Everyone.
